Refund and Returns Policy

At Ethical Cyber Force, we provide reliable and professional digital services. Below are the details of our refund and return policy:

🛡 1. Payment and Order Conditions:

If any illegal or government-limited services are being used (e.g. NID server, passport server request), full payment must be made in advance.

Orders that have been processed or completed on a digital server cannot be canceled and no refunds will be given.

Government Services

We provide all the government services such as:

National Identity Card (NID) correction,

Result correction or change,

Certificate recovery or creation,

We complete these services through reliable sources and valid legal processes.

Our Refund Policy:

1. ✅ Once the payment is submitted, no refund is applicable once the work processing starts.

2. ✅ If we fail to complete the work for any reason, the full payment will be refunded.

3. ❌ If the client fails to pay the payment during the work, the refund will not be applicable.

4. ✅ The full payment must be submitted in advance for the work and the order cannot be canceled.

5. ⚠ If the documents provided by the client are not correct and it is not possible to work on them, the refund is not applicable.

❌ 2. Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

If you do not receive the delivery on time.

Want to change your decision and close the order during work.

You are giving wrong information which is why it doesn’t work.

Your opinion changes after the work is done.

✅ 3. When is the refund applicable:

If we are unable to complete the work due to technical or safety reasons after we start work.

If for some reason there is a server or systemic problem and the order cannot be processed.

> ⚠ In this case, we will refund the full payment.

🔄 4. Work Process and Responsibilities:

Our team always works according to specific procedures and government regulations.

We will not be responsible if a client does not accept the work as per the processing. The customer will be fully responsible for this.

Ethical Cyber Force-এ আমরা নির্ভরযোগ্য ও প্রফেশনাল ডিজিটাল সার্ভিস প্রদান করি। নিচে আমাদের রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন নীতিমালা বিস্তারিত দেওয়া হলো:

🛡 ১. পেমেন্ট ও অর্ডার কন্ডিশন:

যদি কোনো ইলিগাল বা গভমেন্ট-লিমিটেড সেবা গ্রহণ করা হয় (যেমন: এনআইডি সার্ভার, পাসপোর্ট সার্ভার রিকুয়েস্ট), তাহলে সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে।

যেসব কাজ ডিজিটাল সার্ভারে প্রসেসিং হয়ে গেছে বা কমপ্লিট হয়েছে, সে ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করা যাবে না এবং কোনো রকম রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।

সরকারী সেবা

আমরা যে সকল সরকারি সেবা দিয়ে থাকি যেমনঃ

জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র (NID) সংশোধন,

রেজাল্ট সংশোধন বা পরিবর্তন,

সার্টিফিকেট রিকভারি বা বানানো,
এসব সেবাগুলো আমরা নির্ভরযোগ্য সূত্র এবং বৈধ লিগ্যাল প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করে থাকি।

আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি:

1. ✅ একবার পেমেন্ট জমা দেওয়ার পর কাজ প্রসেসিং শুরু হলে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

2. ✅ যদি আমরা কোনো কারণে কাজ সম্পূর্ণ করতে ব্যর্থ হই, সেক্ষেত্রে পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করা হবে।

3. ❌ যদি ক্লায়েন্ট কাজ চলাকালীন সময় পেমেন্ট পরিশোধ করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, সে ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

4. ✅ কাজের জন্য অবশ্যই পুরো পেমেন্ট আগে জমা দিতে হবে এবং অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করা যাবে না।

5. ⚠ ক্লায়েন্টের দেওয়া ডকুমেন্ট সঠিক না হলে এবং তাতে কাজ করা সম্ভব না হলে, রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

❌ ২. নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়:

আপনি যদি সময়মতো ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ না করেন।

কাজ চলাকালীন সিদ্ধান্ত পরিবর্তন করে অর্ডার বন্ধ করতে চান।

আপনি ভুল ইনফরমেশন দেন যার কারণে কাজ হয় না।

কাজ সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর আপনার মত পরিবর্তন হয়।

✅ ৩. রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য কবে:

যদি আমরা কাজ শুরু করার পর কারিগরি বা নিরাপত্তাজনিত কারণে কাজটি সম্পন্ন করতে না পারি।

যদি কোন কারণে সার্ভার বা সিস্টেমিক সমস্যা হয় এবং অর্ডার প্রসেস করা না যায়।

> ⚠ এক্ষেত্রে আমরা সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেবো।

🔄 ৪. কাজের প্রসেস ও দায়বদ্ধতা:

আমাদের টিম সবসময় নির্দিষ্ট প্রক্রিয়া ও সরকারি নিয়ম মেনে কাজ করে।

যদি কোনো ক্লায়েন্ট প্রসেসিং অনুযায়ী কাজ গ্রহণ না করেন, সে ক্ষেত্রে আমরা দায়ী থাকবো না। এর জন্য কাস্টমার সম্পূর্ণভাবে দায়ী থাকবেন।
