Terms & Conditions – Government Services

Terms and conditions for receiving government services from Ethical Cyber Force:

1. The client must provide correct information and credentials.

2. If the client makes any claim outside the legal process, we will not be able to work.

3. No government service can be published publicly or on social media.

4. The client must pay the full payment for the work in advance.

5. No changes or cancellations are accepted during the work after the order is confirmed.

6. If any government work is not completed successfully, we will give a full refund.

7. All work is completed based on our ethics, legal framework and security policies.

3. Intellectual Property

All text, images, videos and logos on the website are owned by Ethical Cyber Force. No part may be used without our permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with the utmost integrity and responsibility. However, Ethical Cyber Force will not be liable for any unintentional errors or damages caused by third parties.

Ethical Cyber Force থেকে সরকারি সেবা গ্রহণের শর্তাবলী:

1. ✅ ক্লায়েন্টকে অবশ্যই সঠিক তথ্য ও প্রমাণপত্র প্রদান করতে হবে।

2. ✅ ক্লায়েন্ট যদি লিগেল প্রসেসের বাইরে কিছু দাবি করেন, সে ক্ষেত্রে আমরা কাজ করতে পারব না।

3. ❌ কোনো সরকারি সেবা পাবলিকভাবে বা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় প্রকাশ করা যাবে না।

4. ✅ কাজের জন্য ক্লায়েন্টকে সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট আগেই দিতে হবে।

5. ❌ অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর কাজ চলাকালীন সময়ে কোনো পরিবর্তন বা ক্যানসেলেশন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

6. ✅ যদি কোন সরকারি কাজ সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন না হয়, তাহলে আমরা পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দিব।

7. ⚠ সকল কাজই আমাদের নৈতিকতা, আইনি কাঠামো এবং নিরাপত্তা নীতির ভিত্তিতে সম্পন্ন হয়।

৩. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি

ওয়েবসাইটের সকল লেখা, ছবি, ভিডিও এবং লোগো Ethical Cyber Force–এর মালিকানাধীন। আমাদের অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো অংশ ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

৪. দায়সীমা
